Client success is largely determined by the client. My goal as a professional coach is to facilitate transformation. I measure the success of this approach subjectively through testimonials, client surveys, client self-surveys, and objectively utilizing learning outcome questionnaires, repeated self-assessment ratings and the ultimate tool, the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment.

More about this Coach

It’s been my greatest honor to serve my community and country through healthcare and military service. I’m the former-founding Medical Director of Cardiovascular Surgery at WellStar Health Systems in Marietta, Georgia, and Associate Professor of Surgery at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. I obtained my BA/MD from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine, post-graduate training in general surgery and cardiothoracic surgery at Emory University in Atlanta, and MBA from Emory University Goizueta School of Business. In July 2019, I started my own healthcare staffing and consulting company – Prime Health Service Group, LLC. I am also honored to be the Founder and Chairman of Cooper and Company Consulting – both of which are proudly veteran-owned and operated.
