CONVERSATIONS: Ashley Saucier MD & Dana Corriel MD

CONVERSATIONS: Ashley Saucier MD & Dana Corriel MD

Dr. Ashley Saucier's was terminated without cause & candidly opened up to SoMeDocs about the struggle.

This candid discussion was edited from a NETWORK member consultation, a new perk we’re providing to each member who signs up to be a part of the SoMeDocs NETWORK. In it, we identify the current status and goal of the doctor who joins, and then give some advice/take them around the site to show them the tools they can use.

In this particular video, we’ve edited out the “middle” section, where the tour was given around the site, as it pertained to Dr. Saucier. If you’re a NETWORK member and would like to see the entire footage, you can find the LIVE cut inside our NETWORK MEMBER FB group here.

In this CONVERSATION, we discussed:

  • Dr. Saucier’s story
  • Being exhausted
  • Abrupt terminations
  • Alternate streams of income
  • Doctor advocacy
  • Doctors’ “dirty” word
  • Golden handcuffs ..

  1. Thank you, Dr. Saucier, for sharing your story. You seem to be in a good place, which is no surprise.

I was also abruptly terminated without cause (termination is the perfect word — it fits the language they use and it describes the utter lack of humanity). This is not something a typical physician, especially one who is doing great at their “job” by all available evidence, ever thinks about.

I’d like to hear from as many doctors as possible who have experienced this. Increasing awareness will help our fellow doctors and is also important for educating the general public about how the current “system” operates and what its values are.
