Coaching Genre: Entrepreneurship

I am a concierge psychiatrist, physician coach, entrepreneur, and speaker. As I continue to learn and grow, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to provide mentorship and consultation to other physicians looking to create concierge practices on a national level.

What I do as a Coach

Creating a concierge practice, where you can provide a high level of individualized, custom care to the community, while being your own boss, is a win for both doctors and their patients. If you have thought about leaving corporate medicine or have taken the initial steps to start your own practice, let me help you grow! I have helped physicians at all stages in the transition go from working at big hospital systems to running their own concierge practices. From how to get started, to creating a workflow, to websites, to marketing, we will discuss it all!

My Topics

– How to step away from corporate medicine
– Choosing for fee structure
– How to minimize overhead
– Optimizing workflow efficiency
– How to market your practice
– Payment processing solutions

My Ideal Client

My ideal client is a physician that’s thinking of leaving corporate or insurance-based medicine and wanting to create a concierge practice, which delivers a high level of care to the community.

What does client success looks like?

“Client success to me is when a client builds a business that allows flexibility in how they deliver medical care and how they structure their work days”

About the Coach

Brook Choulet, MD, is a concierge psychiatrist and the founder of Choulet Wellness in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Choulet was raised in San Diego, California, and graduated from La Jolla Country Day School. She completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and her medical degree at the University of Missouri Kansas City’s rigorous six year BA/MD program. She obtained her medical degree at the age of 24 and pursued training in General Psychiatry at the University of Arizona College of Medicine Phoenix. Dr. Choulet continued her training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry through Creighton University’s fellowship program in Phoenix, Arizona. She is currently in her last year of the program and had the honor of being nominated as Vice Chief Fellow. Following in the footsteps of her mother and grandfather, she will be a third-generation adult, child and adolescent psychiatrist. Dr. Choulet has a passion for helping other physicians identify their career goals and grow their practices as well. She built her business during her residency training and began to expand and hire other practitioners while still in fellowship. Dr. Choulet is also a licensed real estate agent in Arizona and an active real estate investor. When she’s not seeing patients or running her practice, she is helping other physicians buy and sell real estate. Despite still being in fellowship training, she is working on opening a second concierge psychiatry practice in La Jolla, California.
