I use evidence-based behavior change and integrative wellness tools, to help my clients via 1:1 coaching sessions. Together we partner to uncover and incorporate the client’s unique version of wellness in their lives. The tools learned can be self-applied lifelong.
I recognize wellness and mindset shifts are not isolated occurrences in toxic and adverse workplace environments. For my healthcare worker clients, I also offer 1:1 consulting sessions that allow them to self-advocate and further their careers.
A self-paced course supplements the coaching and consulting sessions and allows for a deeper map of mindset changes.
My aim is that at the end of our coaching journey together, my clients have successfully incorporated joy, purpose, and fulfillment in their lives holistically. That they feel mindful, well, heard, and confident in all spheres of their lives.
