Making the transition to telemedicine in 2015, Dr. Cherisa Sandrow had no idea how much she was preparing for the 2020 COVID-19 crisis.  After the onset of COVID, start up digital health organizations and physicians began reaching out for her expertise. Dr. Sandrow realized that success in telemedicine required more than clinical knowledge…it required a transformational shift in mindset.  After nine years of practicing medicine as an employed physician, Dr. Sandrow pivoted out of her busy office-based Family Medicine practice and created a thriving personal telemedicine presence with the ability to prioritize her core values of family, authenticity, and community.  As the healthcare climate has shifted and telemedicine emerge during the COVID pandemic, Dr. Sandrow’s unique and practical understanding of the virtual delivery of healthcare has been highly sought after by organizations and clinicians alike.

Today she shares her knowledge and experience with organizations and physicians who are wanting to enjoy the same life of fulfillment and joy.  A Certified John Maxwell Coach, she has invested her life into helping others grow and develop through personal growth and leadership development.
