I am a NYC based board certified OB/GYN and Certified Culinary Medicine Specialist. I started my healthcare career as a Registered Dietitian and transitioned to Medicine, hence my handle. As a Culinary Medicine Specialist my goal is to use my 20 years of experience to help other physicians incorporate Nutrition into their medical practice in a way that is efficient and evidence based.
