I am a triple board-certified physician and Chief Medical Officer of SLIIIP.com, a nationwide sleep telemedicine practice delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. My work focuses on advancing the diagnosis and treatment of sleep apnea, insomnia, and complex sleep disruption, with a particular emphasis on women’s sleep health across midlife and menopause.
As a sleep medicine and obesity medicine physician, I design clinical programs grounded in precision medicine that expand treatment options beyond one-size-fits-all approaches. I speak frequently on how untreated sleep disorders impact cardiometabolic health, mental health, weight regulation, and quality of life, and how clinicians and patients can take a more effective, individualized path to better sleep.
In addition to my clinical leadership, I consult with physicians, entrepreneurs, and high-performing professionals who struggle with sleep, weight management, and burnout. I am known for translating complex sleep science into practical, actionable strategies and for challenging persistent myths around sleep apnea, insomnia, and women’s sleep.
I earned my MD from the University of Michigan Medical School and am board-certified in pediatrics, sleep medicine, and obesity medicine. I am also certified in menopause care by The Menopause Society and am a passionate advocate for improving how sleep disorders in women are recognized and treated.
