Are you a woman physician who secretly wants to be a leader, but don’t feel like one …yet? Or you got thrust into a leadership role and feel overwhelmed and unsure of yourself and your skills? Do you feel like even though you project a confident image, underneath it, you don’t feel very confident?
When you work with me, together we will uncover your strengths, your personality style and your communication style and learn how to use them to be the most effective, Confident and Fulfilled leader you can be.
I help early and mid-career women physicians gain clarity on their career goals and work-life balance and teach them effective leadership skills so that they can feel fulfilled in their career and actually look forward to going to work in the morning.
I teach them how to use their own unique strengths and personality traits effectively, without trying to emulate behaviors unnatural to them.
I coach them on how they can tweak their innate communications styles to communicate with people with different communications styles and behavioral patterns.
I work with them on identifying Limiting Beliefs and Impostor thoughts and how to conquer them.
I help them identify their Values and how to live in alignment with those special values that make them the person they are.
I train them on recognizing thought patterns that are detrimental to their lives and how to manage them.
I focus on the most important skills of all: self-awareness and self-management, which every effective leader needs to master.
My ultimate goal is to help my clients become Confident Leaders.
