We found a TRIO of doctors who posted their favorite salads, added the recipes, and EVEN posted a reel showing their salads off.
This includes Drs. Stephanie Liu, Lillian Du, and a colleague (who wished to remain unnamed).

Every month I get together with my girlfriends and we each bring our own favourite 🥗 [sic]. My nephrologist (kidney doctor) friend likes her watermelon salad to stay hydrated! My gastroenterologist likes her corn salad as it’s loaded in fiber! And I like my tomato salad because it’s healthy and can go with any meal!

🍉 The Nephrologist’s (Kidney Doctor’s) Watermelon Salad – keeps you hydrated!
One small watermelon, cubed
One block feta cheese, cubed
1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced
1 English cucumber, cubed
1 bunch mint leaves, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
🌽 The Gastroenterologist’s Corn Salad – Loaded with fiber!
4 tbsp Evoo
2 tbsp lime juice
1/4 teaspoon cumin
Red onion diced 1/2
2 minced garlic cloves
Stir fry one jalapeño and shishito peppers or one green pepper together until soft.
Add jalapeño and peppers to corn from 6 ears.
Optional: parsley and feta as garnish
🍅 The Family Doctor’s Tomato Salad – healthy and can go with any meal!
Mix red wine vinegar and olive oil
Fresh or dried basil and dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Add tomatoes and red onions.
